Clenzo provides apartment car cleaning booking and work management for residents and cleaners. This policy explains the information handled by the Clenzo Android app, including its internal test version. Contact us at clenzo.india@gmail.com or +91 81241 40844.
Information we collect
- Account and profile: your Google sign-in identifier, email address, name, profile photo if supplied by Google, account type, and contact details you enter.
- Service information: apartments you select, vehicle and parking details, service requests, schedules, assignments, service status, ratings, comments, and cleaner work and payment-status records.
- Photos: vehicle and cleaning photos you choose to take or upload.
- Notifications and technical information: a device push token if you permit notifications, app version and basic technical or security logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, show available apartments, arrange and document cleaning services, connect residents with assigned cleaners, display service and payment status, send requested service or update notifications, provide support, protect accounts, and improve reliability. Clenzo currently does not process card payments in the app and does not use advertising networks.
Who can see it
Relevant residents, assigned cleaners, and authorised Clenzo administrators can access information needed for a service. Photos and private service records are protected by account-based access controls. We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database and photo storage, and Expo/Android notification services to deliver push notifications. These providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.
Permissions and choices
Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to add photos. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in device settings. Apartment selection is based on approved locations you choose; the app does not need your device's precise GPS location.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain service records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and transport encryption, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. When you request account deletion, we remove or de-identify account information and associated content unless retention is legally required or necessary for an unresolved transaction or dispute.
Your requests
To access, correct, or request deletion of your information, email clenzo.india@gmail.com from your account email. See the account deletion instructions. We may verify that you own the account before acting. We will respond and explain any information we must retain.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version began. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our support channels.
