Delete your Clenzo account

To request deletion of your Clenzo account and associated data, email clenzo.india@gmail.com from the email address used to sign in. Write “Delete my Clenzo account” in the subject. You do not need to send a password.

We will verify account ownership, remove or de-identify your profile, saved apartment and vehicle details, photos, and other associated content where possible, and tell you when the request is complete. We may need to retain service or payment-status records for legal obligations or unresolved disputes and will explain that in our response.

If you cannot access your sign-in email, contact us at the same address and explain the issue so we can verify your identity another way.
